Typesets are available in cursive or plain style. The maximum number of characters per imprint varies from 25-30 characters, depending on the letters being used. For example "m" is larger than "i". For 25mm ribbon, a larger type face is used and the number of characters are between 12-18. (Plain text is only available in the larger (36point) text at this stage).
Approximate specifications for 36point
Capitals range from 9-10mm high and 9-11mm wide (I is 4mm wide, and J is 12mm high and 6mm wide)
Extended lower case letters are 9-10mm high and 5-6.5mm wide.
Lower case letters are 6-6.5 high and 6mm wide (m is6mm high and 10mm wide.

Capitals range from 6mm high and 5-6.5mm wide ( I is 2mm wide, and J is 8mm high and 2mm wide)
Extended lower case letters are 6-6.5mm high and 3.5-4mm wide.
Lower case letters are 4mm high and 3.5-4mm wide ( m is 4mm high and 6mm wide.
